BUSY, BUSY IN YEAR 5!

Our new teachers are Mrs Hubbard and Miss Thomas we think they are great teachers as they are really nice and helpful

So far in Year 5 we have had lots of fun doing numerous things!

For instance, for our harvest assembly we picked a tricky song but the outcome was very good.

Our topic this term is Victorians and in History we have been leaning about the Great Exhibition and what as in it. Have a look here for some more information:

We have had great fun in English with our specialist teacher Mrs Lusty exploring our year group book Cogheart and we have written diary entries and newspaper reports. In maths we are having fun with numbers doing multiplication and division. We’ve had so much fun so far we hope it gets better and better.

Something to look forward to is our school trip coming up on Thursday 17th October to The Cecil Higgins Museum.
