One of the highlights was our walk down to the embankment where we enjoyed a special lunch at the Indian restaurant Radhuni. It was a fantastic cultural experience as the children were introduced to a variety of authentic Indian flavours and dishes. They were adventurous with their tasting and many discovered new favourite foods! The staff at Radhuni made us feel so welcome. It was a deliciously educational afternoon!

We also held our much-anticipated Sports Day, and what a brilliant day it was! The sun was shining and the playground was filled with cheers of encouragement and team spirit. The children gave their all in every event—from sprints and relays to the egg-and-spoon race. Everyone supported each other, celebrated each other's efforts, and showed true sportsmanship throughout the day. A big thank you to all the parents and carers who came to cheer them on—it made the day even more special!

To top off the term in the most exciting way, Gumbles Fair arrived and transformed our field into a magical carnival! The children’s faces lit up with joy as they bounced on the bouncy castle, soared through the air in the mini-aeroplanes, and tested their speed and agility on the inflatable assault course—even racing Miss Garvey (who gave them a run for their money!). There was laughter and unforgettable moments all around. It was the perfect way to celebrate the end of a successful term, and we are so grateful to the team at Gumbles for bringing the fun to us.

As we wrap up the term, we’re incredibly proud of everything the children have achieved—whether it’s trying new things, supporting their peers, or simply enjoying being part of our wonderful school community.
