Before the Easter holidays, we had an outdoor learning morning! We did lots of different activities in the garden and around the field.

We have been learning all about volcanos in school SO decided to make our own volcanoes to see how they erupt! 

On the 8th May 1945, VE day took place in Britain. People of Britain celebrated by dancing, having street parties and wearing blue, red and white.  They were celebrating the end of World War II. 

This week, we have been learning all about the famous explorer, Ernest Shackleton. He sailed to Antarctica with his crew on a ship called The Endurance. In groups, we worked together to create freeze frames about life on the ship.
